Toot Sweet from Mattel is a Tastitoy playset that squeezes Tootsie Rolls into molds like whistles and teddybears. It is a direct tie-in with the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang where toot sweet whistle candies were made. I've scanned the instructions for you (1.3mb PDF). Stock number 4300 dated 1968, my copy is complete except for the Tootsie Rolls. So cool.
